- Reconnaissance geological survey to determine
the water shortage problems of the area - well site survey, water
table estimations, well depth variations, relation to topography
and geological cover lithologies. Results submitted as a report
to the relevant authorities with further work recommendations.
(Work carried out with Dr. C. Spencer-Cervato in March, 1992).

- Meetings were subsequently arranged between
Prof. I. Muller (University of Neuchatel, Switzerland) and Frau
M. Cereda (Partnerschaft Pro Aliminos) to discuss the recommendations
of our work. In February - March, 1993, a test geophysical survey
was made across the Alaminos area. On the basis of these successful
results, a full geological / geophysical / hydrogeological research
project began in February, 1994. Dipl. Geol. Kaspar Papritz was
chosen to carry out initial geological hydrological mapping survey
(January - May, 1994) of the Alaminos area and discussion meetings
were arranged to evaluate the progress made with recommendations
for future research. A collaboration with the University of Manila
was also set up.

- Review of geological reports, mapping and
recommendations of Dipl. Geol. Kaspar Papritz for the full continuation
of the Water Survey project. Meetings were attended to discuss
the financial budget and direction of the survey.
