The aim of HimNet is to provide a rapid method of contact with
anyone who has access to the electronic highway of information
communication. HimNet produced newsletter digests, roughly at
the rate of one per month, and had a subscription of over 600
people around the world.Coordinating includes subscription and
unsubscription requests.
